I was so ecstatic and excited when Alan officially asked me to blog for TOSP; just the biggest Taylor fansite in the world!! I had a lot of thoughts racing in my mind that time, what should I write about? Should it just be about AI, or Taylor? Will the members read my blogs? Or can I ever write anything sensible at all?So to make things a bit simpler for my first post, I just transferred something from my other blog. So far I've had, what, four posts, and I'd like to kid myself that it's been well received by the readers. For that I am thankful.
Being a blogger for this site is so fun. I get to write about my favorites, specifically Taylor and of course, music itself. It doesn't hurt also that there are three other people who share the same passion for writing for this site.
There are times when I still can't believe that I am actually a "contributor" to the site. At times I would really refresh the front page of TOSP just to be sure. It is real, thank goodness. You wonder why I'm gushing so much. Well, that's because I am an international fan. And the rest of the contributors (Mandy, Alan and Kaye) are all from the US; national fans. So I just feel so privileged and honored to be representing the IHOT (International House of Taylor) and the rest of the Pinoy Soul Patrollers. Actually, words can't express enough the feeling I have doing this.
I'm a writer by heart. I feel the most at ease when I get to pour out my thoughts on paper, or in this case, through blogging. And this nutso for Taylor thanks each and everyone of you for inspiring me to write.
