So these must be the "gigs in December" that he was talking about.  Awesome!! Looks like he has quite a few fans over there.  Glad you all finally get a chance to see him live and in person! 

O, so 'Daphnelee' he was speaking of this when mentioning the gigs in December.  who would know he was talking to fans like me...he could be so ... in touch w. our feelings!oh, TAYLOR must have been brimming with excitement and pride..

Im so glad his career is taking in such a big way, in this direction!!!


He so definitely has his troopers here in Asia.  It surprises me even that this news has brought on so many of Us to post.  How TAYLOR must now know he makes us feel and how connected we are.

when i was in the Philippines, the security was quite tight. im sure on this special occasion, it will be stepped up.

also, the golf scene has been featuring TAYLOR and with golf being a prestige game.  The golf clubs in Asia would do well to contact TAYLOR for some form of appearances.. in future tie-ups, this time around being a chance for TAYLOR to acclimatise to the humidity.  Speaking of which, credit cards are being marketed like hot cakes .. instead of having unknowns, they might as well throw in a few credit card advertising deals or somethings with TAYLOR.

Singapore Integrated Resorts, Mr J W Marriott, Jr for his chain vacation clubs/hotel management could just be checking out mister TAYLOR HICKS.

im rushing off to take yet another look at TAYLOR's book, Heart Full Of Soul. it's a beautiful read.  wonder what else TAYLOR is thinking of?  im thinking...w. his whole gig expanding, to be The One to dress him !

He is actually going to be performing at three different malls. Each mall has some kind of venue to hold these types of appearances/concerts, but the Websites for these malls are not the easiest to navigate and find information on. Maybe someone who lives near one of these malls can better explain.

I'm from the Philippines and I know pretty well on these 3 venues and I am sure this can hold big concerts since these 3 venues are the primary sites of concerts and other performances in the Makati area.

Wow, IO!!! You really impressed me with all these research you're doing here. I am from the Philippines, born and raised there and you have just taken this and ran with it. Good for you. Wish Jatter would allow me to give you 30 TPs for all these hardwork.

Anyway, I have no doubt that Taylor will Taylorize the Philippines, a lot of them have been Taylorized already. I know this because I have promoted Taylor through my International projects back home. I don't like tooting my own horn, so forgive me for saying this, that Taylor's CDs are going to be flying off the shelf there and I am so glad that I don't have to send them for free anymore! It was yikes!

Well, your wonderful hubby will probably understand, if Taylor will pay for you plane ticket, he might as well let you go, it's our beloved country anyway and he will understand that we will go there to support our beloved Taylor.  It's ironic that Taylor is going to do his gig in our own shores and we won't be there to support him, if we can travel to NY for his concert much more in the Philippines.

Hi. I'm from the Philippines and I am obsessed with Taylor too. Literally. Anyway, his shows are confirmed. They've appeared on newspapers already and I've called the concierges of the malls and they've given me a two thumbs up on the concert. It was a little short notice but I think Ayala Malls are trying their best to advertise his concert.

The venues where Taylor will be performing are not that big except for the Trinoma activity center. Greenbelt 3 Park is probably the smallest venue but I think it's a plus since it would be an intimate environment for his concert.

I went to all of Elliott's shows. I must say I believe he enjoyed them. I hope Taylor gets the same reception since most FIlipinos like Daughtry or Elliott. But Taylor should be ready because I'm more than willing to scream for him!

I honestly never expected that he would be coming here. It's like an impossible dream because this is not his market. I get laughed at a lot because I'm one of the few rooting for him. But, I made my support for him very clear and I truly believed that he would win it all and he did.

You will most certainly hear from me regarding recaps, photos and videos. I'm charging them already. I'm that excited. 

I have five Elliott CDs right now. Three of which are signed. I wouldn't mind buying more than for Taylor! In contrast to blondebabe, taylor was my early favorite and it was Elliott who grew on me. If they had been the Final two, that would have been the best finale for me but oh well.

Some of the Yaminoys (Elliott's Pinoy fans) are coming with me. They're semi fans just not as die hard as I am and it's very sweet of them to support Taylor too. But, I have a feeling Taylor will most definitely grow on them after the shows. What do you think?

Well, it would certainly brighten up my Christmas shopping blues to suddenly hear Taylor singing in my mall!  Those lucky people get a big reward for fighting crowds and waiting in long lines-they get to see Taylor perform.  I'm sure the local record stores will be packed with hundreds of people asking for his CD.  I hope the record company prepared and sent a lot of them there because they are going to be in high demand!

I didn't believe my mom at first so I decided to go to Glorietta after work today to ask, they confirmed it and still wasn't enough for me so I went to the clothing store which is one of the sponsors of Taylor's concert, and they also confirmed it. They do have a promotion for the Greenbelt show though, they give you 2 free tickets if you give them $200 accumulated worth of products from their store. Included in those tickets aside from best seats, is also an al fresco cocktail party with Taylor, which usually happens after the show. I was kinda of upset when i learned about that, BUT, hey, it's a park! I can climb on trees in heels!  LOL!

I really hope I can get good pictures and share it with you guys!

Bwahahahh....just don't fall when you climb okay. The last thing we want is a Filipino SPer who lands in a hospital....after a desperate attempt to crash a TH party. It's pretty good news headline though...heheheheh!!! Goodluck and scream as loud as you can!!!

But since the venues are outside the mall, I am sure there will be more non-ticket holders (like me) than the privileged ones who will watch the show. It will just take some skill to come early and look for a great spot.

Tree sounds good to me...ROFLMAO...   I used to LIVE in the trees...my parents could not keep me out of um...LOL...there was this one three in my front yard that was kinda skinny...but, it was so limber...I would get to the top and sway from side to side...my mother would about have a heart attack...she kept telling me is was gonna break...well...it didn't!!!    Oh...you can be like "SABRINA" and hang out in the tree...have you ever seen that movie...???  The newer version is the best...but, I have them all...watch them over and over...I felt like Sabrina...ROFL...HAVE FUN AND KEEP US INFORMED.....

Well, i should have been in the concert but unluckily, I haven't. Depression struck me for almost 2 weeks. Sadness hits me even at work. But I made a reality check and decide that this is not the time yet to meet him. I will just enjoy him in youtube. And by the way, Taylor Rocks during the asian idol!
